i want to start programming apps, preferably in C++ on a windows PC and Dragon Fire SDK seemed to be what i'm looking for but i wanted to see if there's a free version anywhere?

also, i have a friend who has a mac so is there anything where i could send him the code, he compiles it then sends it back?
 
I don't know about a free version of Dragon Fire SDK but I do know Jobs wants Iphone programmers to use a mac and xcode for the make to program for the iPhone -- period.
