Was realsing Fred Taylor from the Jacksonville Jaguars a good idea?

Fred Taylor from the Jacksonville Jaguars was released into the free agency. was this smart of Jack Del Rio espicilally as the Jaguars are now looking to get a backup running back! Wouldnt it have been smarter to keep Fred Taylor for the remaining years left of his career.
 
Yes. They have Jones- Drew, Taylor was just in the way. He was wasting money they could use on defense and was taking away carries from Jones- Drew. JD is healthier and younger and should be their only good runningback.
