As you recall, Rep Wilson of So. Carolina shouted out "You Lie!" as President Obama gave his very partisan and boring speech the other night. But does Obama lie?
Is he a snake oil salesman?
Would you buy a used car from BHO?

What say you America?
A simple yes or no will do.

Joe Wilson had to eat crow. I would buy a used car from Obama a heck of a lot faster than I would buy one from "eat Crow Joe".
 
The president is correct: The House bill contains a section (Sec. 246) titled “NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS,” which states: “Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.”

On that point, he did not lie.
 
well............he was dead wrong in the context in which he yelled it out.

but in a very real sense, he was right in the overall scheme of things.

But c'mon, he was just stating the obvious.

Obama is a politician. Therefore he lies. Simple.

Or is it simple? If everybody knows you're lying, and you know they know, is it really a lie? Think about it.............
 
Actually, with Obama's conveniently worded rhetoric it's not what he says but what he doesn't say. Technically, he usually doesn't lie, he just doesn't mention major facts. Such as his statement: I will not force you into the public option plan. You can keep your current insurer and doctor.

What he doesn't mention is that while HE won't enforce the public option on you, your employer might, and probably will because it's cheaper. If your doctor doesn't except the public option then you're going to lose your doctor. And he's not lying because HE didn't directly make you switch over, your employer did. Unfortunately, this bill is full of facts that require actual comprehension which is undeniably the reason many support it.

It's not what he is saying that Americans need to focus on, it's what he's not saying.
 
You be the judge " this health care plan will not add one dime to the deficit"....and yet the Congressional Budget Office says it will cost a Trillion dollars.

It's is an insult to our intelligence.
