Watching Blue Rays with new DVD/RW.?

I have a Dell Inspiron i560-3911NBK pc and recently purchased a blue ray dvd/rw. Can I now play blue ray movies? Help and thanks from everyone.
 
Yep I play mine in my Toshiba laptop with bluray drive. its nice I just hook my laptop up using a HDMI cable and this saved me from having to purchase a bluray player.
 
If you have the necessary software, yes. The drive probably came with some. If not, you'll have to purchase it.
