Websites that I can post my stories on?

I'm constantly writing short stories and it has come to a point where my mom's and friends' opinions of my work isn't enough for me. Not in a rude way or anything, I would just like more exposure and perhaps even critique that would help me become a better writer. Do you know of any sites that I can post writings on?

I think its way much better if you would create your own personal site for it.. If your stories are that good, your site might got famous and you might earn as well...

One possibility is a site that already has a high traffic level, such as Short Fiction:

www dot short-fiction dot co dot uk

This site accepts fiction in various genres, and gets something like 9 million visits per month. Writers do get some feedback from readers.

One other note, the majority of the stories submitted to this site (and the ones that get the lion's share of page views) tend to be adult in nature. But stories of all sorts are posted here, and do get hundreds of views (the adult stories, more like thousands of views).
