Weight loss advice?

Hey,
I am 20 years over weight person. I want to loss my weight. So my friend told me about weightloss surgery. But this surgery is too expensive. Then I start searching other options which is hcg diet. There are lots of good reviews for this product. I want to know is there anyone who used this product. Please give me your valuable suggestions.

Weight loss surgery is not a good option for you.
You should start losing weight by following a proper diet plan which only contain low calories,low fats food.Also avoid eating junk food and with the following diet plan do some exercise daily.I bet by following these tips regularly you'll see a better weight loss change in a couple of weeks.
 
Fitness have more importance for our life.So we should be take care of the fitness.Many exercises for keeping good fitness and weight loss.Because exercises giving
good shape of your body.I like these exercises for good fitness.
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Push ups
4 Jogging.

Is doing the opposite of weight loss advice healthy for skinny people to gain weight?

I'm a skinny guy (im 17, 130 pounds), but pretty athletic. If I want bigger arms & calfs, in general want to gain more weight. If I follow the opposite of weight loss advice, such as not exercising and eating foods like cake/donuts, (along with obviously protein shakes, will I gain muscle mass?

Another thing I want to ask is if "high protein" but low calorie whey protein drinks (this thing called Orgaino is healthy for me.

Weight loss,one can easily be free from it if taken proper workout along with the proper diet.Diet must be full of vegetables and not including any type of the high diet protein which may not increase the cholesterol level in the body.

Try to eat vegetables and fruits,avoid all kind of junk fast food.Do some physical work out like gym,swimming,running, like that which are helpful to burn fat and control our weight issues.

Some good tips for the weight loss are:
Do cardio exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Go for morning walk and swimming.
Participate in some sports activities.
Take more raw fruits and vegetables foods in your diet.
Avoid all fast foods and junk foods.

My elect is for diving, this is why because it create you fit as well and its a organic activity. Gym a while have adverse impact.
So we should to choose bit reduce over a big reduce . Swimming is best work out according to me at least once in two times.
