Weight Loss, Excercise and Healthy Eating...?

I am currently 9.8 stone and 5"5'
I really want to tone up and be 8 stone (ish)
I am going to start boxing and pilates and eat healthily.
Can anybody advise me on what i should eat and what amounts and any really good excercise i could do?
Also, how long will it take me to loose this weight? I want to do it healthily but effectively.
