Hi, i want to lose alot of weight fast but i don't know what to make myself. Sure, fruits and vegetables are important. But i don't know how much and what should i eat. If its about getting nutrition the right nutrition and not eating too much fattening things, can i just make a shake of my own creation or something with all those stuff in it? I don't care how bad it tastes, i'm determined. Can you guys tell me, what i should eat and when i should eat it and how much of it? Possibly any with the idea of a shake/smoothie or w/e you call it? Im 20 and my height is 5'11 if that helps. Also, i don't understand anything about diets... i heard of cholesterol and fiber and more stuff but i don't know what role they play and don't know how much of these vitamins and minerals i should be taking.
