So I wanna know how many points I should eat within one day without signing up for Weight watchers. I'm a college student and money is a bit tight.
I am 5'6''. I'm 19 years old, and I weigh now 155 lbs. I have lost 11 lbs (thank you god lol) but wanna lose another 20 lbs.
Also does anyone know of any reliable sites that help you count points and suggest things to eat such as this website...
