My goal is to lose weight and possibly gain some muscle on the way, not just tone the little that i have(because it's just that, little, lol) and so far from what i understand, the chemicals that deal with adding/breaking down fat are the same ones used for adding/breaking down muscle, so it's hard to do both at the same time. So what is a good set/rep range to build a little lean muscle without chemically imparing my fat loss? I'm about 6'00 207 trying to lose 25 pounds in about 3 months
