Whether it be a condiment (i.e., A1, mushrooms, onions, Horseradish) or side dish (i.e., veggie, starch, salad, dessert).I'll share my two when I pick BA, thanks for answering and have a great weekend! Hope the weather holds out so we all can get out there and fire up our grills!

Sauteed Mushrooms & Pancake battered onion-rings. A little BBQ sauce to dip the " Rings " awesome. Oil up some cobs of corn and slap those babies right on the grill OR butter them and wrap in tin foil and put those right on the grill.

You want to blow people away ? ? ? Mix equal parts of Mayo & Butter. Press fresh garlic into it to taste. Mix Parmesan Cheese { enough 'til it's thick } into it and don't be cheap. Spread it on fresh sliced French Bread. Put it under a Broiler until it bubbles and forms a crust { lightly toasted } People will fight over it ! Low Cal TOO ! ! ! LOL !

Baked Potato and a Mixed Greens salad, cukes, tomatoes with a good viniagrette.

But, I also love to have a steak the Western way! A big bowl of Borracho Beans (Pintos homemade with a good dowse of either beer or whiskey to light them up) and some darn good homemade sourdough bread to sop up the steak juices and the beans..

And, then there is my penchant for blue cheese on steaks.. creamy tangy delicious.. so good. And, an ice cold beer to draw down.. oh, and maybe some horseradish infused mashed potatoes, made with a bucket of butter and some cream.

Then, I also love a steak grilled to perfection and enjoy it with fresh homemade thick white corn tortillas, avocadoes, chopped tomatoes, roasted green chiles filled with cheese.. and a killer cold margarita made with ice, not frozen.. no salt on the rim to mess with the flavors of the food.. and use Patron Tequilla, fresh limes, and a wave over the chilled glass of some triple sec.

My favorite steak sauce is the old fashioned Heinz 57 sauce.. but there are other steak sauces I love too.

Have you ever tried barbeque sauce on steak? actually very good! I also love sour cream blended with a little horseradish and worcestershire mixed into it.

Caramelized onions are so good too..

Oh, I had to add! CORN ON THE COB! Dripping in butter.. the flavors of corn, steak.. oh, and fresh picked from the vine tomatoes, cut in big thick slices.

I can't think of one way.. or just two sides.

Sorry.. I love steak. And, I love food.. I am hopeless that way..
