What are good ideas for a Hollywood Themed sweet sixteen party?

I'm having a sweet sixteen party at my country club in July. The party will be outside on a large patio, and i want it to be some variation of Hollywood themed.
What are some suggestions for food (it's catered so general ideas), decorations, extra things?
