I am going to Baton Rouge 11-20 to 11-26 to visit the in-laws, we will be spending a few days in New Orleans what are some cool things to do? I have been twice and both times we just went to the pier and the aquarium. I am from Orlando area so I like places to shop and also places to visit with culture.
