What are some good car stereo head units?

would like something that has color changing illuminations, wireless remote, aux & usb input
You act like i'm adding subs & amps. i just want the car stereo receiver. most i'll spend is 300. i'm also doing my research but would like personal opinions.
or what is the best brand. Sony, kenwood, pioneer, jvc, alpine, ect.
 
Best brand is alpine ... second pioneer ... then kenwood then sony ...
Kenwood will have the most bells and whistkes such as blue tooth or what not

Pioneer has more power than kenwood less features comes with remote

Alpine is the most expensive and best
Does not come with remote

Id recommend pioneer you get a few more features and are cea compiant (true watts alpine is too sony and kenwood isnt )
