what are some good meat alternatives for good nutrition?

I'm trying eat better and I'm thinking about cutting back on meat to reduce cholesterol intake. I've (lazily) done a little bit of research and found that most plant protein is inferior to animal protein in terms of containing all the essential amino acids humans need. I know protein is very important, so i want to know what good sources of protein, other than meat, are available.I would also appreciate any reliable websites with relevant information. Thanks.
 
whey protein powder, in the form of a shake.


if you weigh 160 then get like 125g of it, peanut butter also, thats just good...

if you weigh 200 get 135g of protein

if you weigh 140 get 100g of protein about.

you get the picture.

protein shake that is DELICIOUS.

in a blender, mix milk, protein powder (vanilla), 2 tbsp peanut butter, and one frozen banana (add more if you like it thicker)
