What are some good pick-up foods for a surprise b-day party?

I am throwing my mom a surprise b-day party on March 9th.. I have all decor. covered but I need some good pick-up food ideas???? Please Help.... I do know that I am doing a fruit and Veggie Tray.

Wings are always an easy fix, most people love them. Some cheese cubes with toothpicks are easy to do and go pretty fast too. Dips are easy to make ahead of time, and there is a variety of cracker from which to choose at the grocery store. King's Hawaiian bread sells rolls, and you could make mini lunch meat sandwiches with them and some honey ham.

Sandwich tray, meat/cheese tray, wings, salads, fried chicken,

Also Mexican restaurants would have great catering options and the old stand by PIZZA. Have fun.
