I'm working on an online serial right now, and everything is set. I've got a lot of ideas in mind, and I've written so many of them down that I'm drowning in them.
My only concern is how can one start a story with a bang?
I know the usual formula of beginning the tale by showing us a day in the life of a character, speaking from their point of view, and so on, but I'm looking for greater ideas and newer tips that work best for you!
I want to know: what works for you when you start off your story? What's your tips and tricks?
I'm just looking for inspiration from all of you answers right now to get the ball rolling on my side. Cheers
