What are some interesting presentation topics related to the WWI or WWII time period?

I need some topics related to some person, event, or occurrence that happened during or in between the WWI - post WWII time period. Whatever topic I choose will need to be one that would make a highly interesting presentation and not be too broad or limited. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sometimes it's fun to just discuss the differences in technology. Compare the German tanks to those of the other countries. That sort of thing usually holds peoples attention.
