standard weights? Well, I'm 14 years old, 5'4", and 160 pounds (I've heard that I need to give that info to get a good work out routine.) All I have access to is a nice treadmill, and some standard weights. I'm not necessarily fat, but I'm not skinny. I'm...I'd say...chubby? I'd realllllllllllllllllllllllly like to lose some belly fat, soon. It's been getting very embarrassing to have all this extra weight and to be afraid to take my shirt off in front of people. I'd really like to lose this belly fat as I said, and to be skinny once again. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks sooooo much. I'd really appreciate it.
