listen to what your body needs... if you eat lots of meat, i would cut back, the best thing is this when your going a healthy food the best things are fresh greens, fresh fruits and vegetables. try to avoid things that are frozen, prepackaged, and things that are heavy with preservatives the best thing to do is to read the label. also avoid things if possible like High fructose corn syrup, its denser than sugar and the human body doesn't really digest corn and corn byproducts very well. also yes that is ok in moderation but its in 75-80 percent of the packaged foods and sodas in the market....
another thing you can do is avoid soda and drink water, organic milk, orange juice that doesn't have preservatives in it....
all i can do is the best thing to do is when you go shopping
1. get fresh greens, fruits and vegetable.
2. avoid preservatives and High fructose corn syrup (the best is to just read the labeling near the nutrition facts.
3. no more soda, drink water, juices and organic milk
4. get regular exercise if u don't already do this will help get rid of the toxins quicker than just eating food alone
