What are the best Mario games for the Nintendo DS?

I am getting my son DSi for his birthday on Friday. I am getting him the DS and a game or two, and a couple of other family members are wanting to get him a game too. He is all about Mario right now. I am thinking New Super Mario Bros for sure, and Mario Kart. But I need some more ideas. Please help!!
