What are the power and mpg gains on a 03-06 GMC Sierra 5.3 using a Hypertech

programmer.Other good products? I was considering a BBK throttle body, Magnaflow exhaust, Jet MAF sensor, and Volant cold air intake. Im hoping to gain at least 40 hp and 4 or more mpg's.If anyone has installed any of the following please post any numbers or opinions.
