What are the ups and downs of buying a new V3 Razr?

I am looking for a phone to replace my dysfunctional Nokia 6630, would Razr V3 be a good choice? What are the ups and downs of having that phone?

My second choice is an LG Shine, or LG Matrix.
More on the Camera, Music, Text, Call, BlueTooth side.

Please also specify how and what are the charging rules of this phone so it would not end up like 6630 phone.
 
i had one and i kinda miss it
it is all the way you take care of it number 1 rule for this phone do not charge it until the batterie is completely drained my dumb ass would charge it every day no matter where batterie power was and huge huge mistake after 8-9 months the phone took a dump and after research it was because i never followed that rule which they never tell u. and the phone lost its batterie memory .. the reception i got was great got it where ever i went but that was bcuz every month i updated the roaming capability which should be done on all phones once a month
only down fall sometimes i could not hear it ring but that was either my radio in the car was to loud or it was in my purse and didnt hear it , love the photo extras it has and takes good pictures and i liked that it was thin, but now i have the lg chocolate (the new model not the old chocolate) but miss the razor they have different features but hard choice but sooo miss the razor i think a new phone came out and i had to have it and now i am sorry ididnt just buy a new razor
