Most ellipticals list your "speed" as STRIDES PER MINUTE. Normally, I go about 120 to 140 strides/min.
However, when I got on this elliptical, my speeds ranged from 50-80 (and 80 was when I was going my hardest).
So my question is, if speed isn't in units of strides/min, what units is it in? Thanks!
