What can happen if i smoke while taking a 36mg concerta?

Does anyone know what it could cause?
I have only been smoking for about a month now and was perscribed the 36mg around the same time.
I'm worried that something may happen.
And i am also trying to quit smoking so don't yell at me and just say, stop smoking.

PLEASE HELP!
