What can I do to make sure that my plants don't die while I am on vacation?

I am a first-time gardener growing in containers. I have some herbs, tomatoes, peppers, raspberries, and strawberries. It gets quite hot during the day where I live and I often see them wilting midday, even though I water them daily.

I am going out of town for four days. What can I do to make sure that my plants don't die while I am gone? Or am I too worried?
