What can I do to make up for puking in my date's car?

So I have been seeing someone for a while now, we've been on a couple of dates. We went out to a bar and had a few drinks then we went to spend some time with each other and I puked all inside of his car (I was really intoxicated and do not recall puking, I only remembered hearing him say I did). I really feel like sh*t about it. I spoke to him the next day briefly as to what had happened and I offered to clean up the mess and he told me no to bother. I really like this guy a lot and I really want to make things better. Please let me know any suggestions as to how I can make it up to him. Yes, I know I am a total idiot :( but please help.

you should maybe take him out to dinner or the movies or something and make it your treat, or just do something nice/sweet to make up for it. Honestly though, if a guys going to stop seeing you/get mad at you for getting his car dirty isn't worth it anyway.
I mean, we've all gotten to the point of drinking too much, so he should understand instead of making you feel bad about it (assuming hes mad at you)

I would offer to take him out to dinner, on you to make up for the car. If he thought it was funny or something, you have nothing to worry about. If he is disgusted and mad at you, forget him, you deserve better.

Pre-pay for a gift certificate to get his interior completely cleaned. Put it in a "I'm sorry" card and drop it in his mailbox.
If he doesn't forgive you after that then he isn't worth it. Everyone makes mistakes, don't feel too bad about it. We've all been there!
