...not return it? my son's father, recently has started the habit of waiting until i fall asleep, then taking my keys from my purse or wherever and taking off in my car. when i call him and ask him to return it and take his own vehicle, he refuses and now has been gone for almost 8 hours. i know where he is, but since he has taken things from his truck i can not take it, nor would i like to show up there just to confront him and start a big public scene. is there any way i can file some sort of report in order to retreive my vehicle back?
