I heard Carnival is the best party cruise line. I'm 17 years old and I was hoping to go with my best friend who's 18. We'll be going either my parents or hers of course but obviously neither of us can drink. I really just want to hook up with boys and party since I just got into my dream college and I want to celebrate. How can we get guys to party with who are around our ages and how can we get a good party without any alcohol? Or is there a backdoor to getting alcohol? Thanks for your help guys
