What car audio amp should i get in my 2001 toyota sienna?

I have 4 300w Speakers in the vehicle and i am planning on getting 2, 12 inch subs in the back so it will need to be able to power all these decently. Im kinda short on cash because im 16, so keep the price under $130.00 please, and thanks.
