What casinos or coffee shops on or near the Vegas strip off free internet service?

Are there any good coffee shops, cafes or casino on or real close to the strip that offer free internet service. I mean it's pretty bad that almost all the hotels are still charging anywhere from $15.00 to $25.00 for 24 hours of internet use. This has got to be changing doesn't it???
