This last summer I noticed a popping noise in the engine compartment of my boat when running at full throttle. It like it was backfiring and would stop when running at lower RPMS. I had not noticed this before. I did put a hydrofoil on but I'm not sure if that could be causing me to run at higher RPMs now or if it is another problem.
