What cruise line should I look at for employment ?

I worked for royal carribean as a GSO for a
Contract at $1620 a month and had a roommate ..'since completing that contract I went on to work in a management training program which I completed.. I am interested in getting back on ships but i want to know if there's any particular cruise line that pays more (possibly American owned and operated) and which line offers the best accommodations for crew members ? Any input is appreciated .. I'm not ruling out RCCL but I know there must be more money and better living quarters .. Maybe the smaller lines ??

Since you have been there, you know that a higher position will bring you often, not always, better pay, single cabin and more privileges.
Also on the smaller lines you have as GSO a shared cabin.
What do you want to achieve by working onboard a cruise ship? You want to make a career there, then I would suggest smaller cruise lines with ship with less passengers.
