not on Earth? Does Jesus mean that He's gonna be the treasure himself or is He gonna give us with lots of treasures while we're in Heaven?

What he meant here is that we shouldn't weigh ourselves down by being tied to our possessions or to make the acquisition of wealth the center of our lives. The heavenly treasure, so it is believed, is ultimate union with God in and through Jesus Christ. That is the Christian belief.

This verse is related to Jesus' teachings about dedicating our lives to serving Him instead of ourselves, something almost no Christians do.The verses below explain His teachings on this topic in more detail.

Matthew 10:35-39 (Amplified Bible)

35For I have come to part asunder a man from his father, and a daughter from her mother, and a newly married wife from her mother-in-law.36And a man's foes will be they of his own household.37He who loves [and takes more pleasure in] father or mother more than in Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves [and takes more pleasure in] son or daughter more than in Me is not worthy of Me;38And he who does not take up his cross and follow Me [cleave steadfastly to Me, conforming wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying also] is not worthy of Me.39Whoever finds his [lower] life will lose it [the higher life], and whoever loses his [lower] life on My account will find it [the higher life].

Matthew 6:21

Your heart will always be where your treasure is.:you are looser:

I think it is Him. Everything else is temporal, fleeting, and will pass away, so He encouraged there, and still is encouraging, us to gain more of Him as the only one who is eternal.

You will be rewarded for your good deeds when you go to heaven so do lots of good things while here on earth then you will reap a bountiful harvest later on.

Live for the next life and not for this life. Wouldn't it suck if you did that and it turned out that there is no next life?

It is only reminding us that we are in the world not of the world. Matthew 6:33 But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. The things we game on earth are temporal we don't take them with us. However, our reward in Heaven is greater.
