What do I do about a bunch of kids who keep complaining about all the refs calls?

Im coaching a sports team and my kids keep complaining about everything the refs call against them. They keep getting kicked out and leaving the team in tough spots. I've tried talking to them and it has not been much help. Especially one kid who is also one of the best players is the biggest hot head of them all and wont listen to anyone. We have a shot at States this year but we are pissing off all the refs and getting them on our bad side. Any recommendations?
 
your the coach so i guess its time to teach respect
but maybe you cant since it sounds like they dont respect you
 
get rid of the trouble maker. I don't care how good a player he is, he is poison to your team.
If you are coaching and can't control your players. Perhaps, you should let someone else take the coaching job.
Winning state is nothing compared to building CHARACTER....
You are letting winning get in the way of teaching..
