...internet PS3 & XBox 36? I want to hook it up without having wires snaking all over the house, do I just need a wireless router or is there more I need?
 
You need a wireless router. Then you'd need to go pay the extra 100$ to buy the wireless adapter for the Xbox 360.

The PS3 already has it built in.
