Ive been searching for a few hours now trying to figure out why the phone isnt being detected.
Ive downloaded the usb drivers / handset drivers from motorola and restarted and nothing. In "my computer" a new removable disk appears whenever i plug in the phone with a usb but when i double click it, it says to "please insert disk".
Prior to manually installing the drivers myself, the phone would try to install drivers of its own but windows would give me a message saying "failed to install device was disconnected" even though i never did disconnect it...
I cant figure this out.. maybe there is a windows service that needs to be enabled or something? All i want to do is transfer some pictures to my pc and i cant believe how hard it is. I dont have those mini card or anything, they are on the phones storage.
