Please go back to school. It's not the "D.C. Government" and it's "here" not "hear" and it's the Democrats who want to shut it down.

I think so long as their pay is cut for the time they are not working it's okay.
 
The tea party has attached themselves to the GOP and the few that managed to get elected think they now run the country. It's time for Boehner to take them to the wood shed and then get on with the business of the GOP. If the tea party wants to be a player then they need to start yet another 3rd party and then stand up ,on their own, and not be a leech sucking blood from the GOP.
 
7 months ago, democrats had complete control of all three branches of the US Government, 7 months ago the democrats blew off their responsibilities to propose and pass a budget.

You cannot blame this on the TEA Party!
 
it is the dems of the senate that have not done their job. the budget of the house has been passed for several weeks, the senate will not look at it, like a child having a tantrum. point at the right persons. -... ....
 
The tea party is incompetent and should not be leading this nation or the House of Representatives.

Republicans need to get back to work and quit posing for the Tea party.
 
They're right to do so! And that would be spelled 'here 'and now , the word hear means to listen to something.
 
It is pretty sad. They want to cut medicare, the program that provides medical coverage for the elderly and disabled. But they are unwilling to cut farm subsidies for the huge agra conglomerates. So an old widow should lose her home to pay for medical care but the huge agra companies should not have to operate in the free market like other businesses. According to the Tea party caucus the government should manipulate the markets on behalf of these businesses. These purported anti big government, free market capitalists want to maintain a socialist program that give the government control of food prices but have no problem throwing Grandma under the bus.

These are the facts, but I don't think the average tea party supporter even understands what these hypocrites are fighting for.
