What do you think of celebrities and their lame excuses for plastic surgery?

I heard a few like Ashley Tisdale and Ashley Simpson say that they couldn't breathe so they had to get nose jobs. HAHAHAHAHAHA some people actually believe that.
I don't think it's wrong to undergo surgery to feel better about yourself, but why the need to cover up with lame excuses.
 
Why do you care about how others choose to live their lives?
