What do you think of this company's vacation policy?

After one year of employment, you get one week paid vacation.

After two years of employment, you get two weeks paid vacation.

And that's it.

Even if you've been there 10, 15, 20 years: never more than two weeks paid vacation.


Oh, and....no personal days either. Never.

Some employers use to give their employees 4 weeks after 10 years but as you guessed, that policy has changed.
