I think it was one of those dreams where your awake but your body is asleep? or something similar..(I used to get these all the last year) .. I was sleeping and it was pitch black in my room.. I heard screams of laughter and just a lady screaming.. I tried to turn and move my body and close my eyes but nothing would move.. I saw my cat walk in(i think?) and I kept hearing the scream.. kind of like a siren and a saw a bright white light and I tried to scream for help but nothing would come out. then I woke up and could hardly breathe (In the dream i was in the exact same room lying on my bed)
I remember my muscles tightening each time i heard the scream. it was an odd scream too
