This guy has liked me for a while I think and recently says Hey bitch but only when we are alone and if I say dont do that he apologises. So what does this mean ? Also if he only seems to notice me among my friends and keeps coming up to me and putting his hand close to my face, when I walk by to freak me out and then he laughs. Any ideas what that is?
