from his flesh? Is it allegory saying if it's law, flush it as if dung?

Hello,
If you mean verse 15: 'By means of his flesh he abolished the enmity, the Law of commandments consisting in decrees, that he might create the two peoples in union with himself into one new man and make peace'.
Almighty God inspired the apostle Paul to write about 'the body of Christ' being one, under Jesus' headship. The 'wall' of seperation between Jews and Gentiles had been removed by Jesus' death, making it possible for both to worship Jehovah God together, through Christ, the head of the true Christian congregation.
Kind regards, Günter

Ephesians 1 tells of all the benefits that the saved person has in Christ. The law was enmity because by the law no one could keep it and all are guilty. Jesus put the law to death in that he paid the penalty for all according to the law that we might approach God through faith by grace. The day of atonement was for a covering for sin but Jesus accomplished more than a covering he removed it. The veil described in this chapter was the curtain that blocked the holy place in the temple where only the high priest could enter once a year and this veil was torn from top to bottom when Jesus died. The open curtain was Jesus flesh as Hebrews says let us now boldly enter into this same place. The law could not make one person righteous but the blood of Jesus is sufficient to cleanse a man of all unrighteousness/

Christ abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is the law of commandments contained in ordinances such as physical circumcision, when He wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us, taking it out of the way by nailing it to the Cross (Colossians 2:14) so that he created from the two groups of people (Jews who had to be circumcised physically and Gentiles who are not under the law of physical circumcision, but through the Spirit), ONE NEW MAN from the two, thus making peace. (Ephesians 2:15 & 16).

This means that the Jews used to be under the Law but now they are not under the Old Testament Law. Instead we have been made one with them, if they give up physical circumcision and other requirements from the past which have been removed now and come to Christ with us, through the Spirit and NOT through the keeping of rigid laws of the Old Testament which were only a school master to bring them to Christ, that they might be justified by faith also (Galatians 3:23 & 24)

Jesus came with a new Covenant in His blood. He made the first one obsolete and ready to pass away (Hebrews 8:13).

By him fulfilling ALL the laws, he becomes the law of the Spirit. He is the only one who could fulfill all of them, because the laws stand opposed to the flesh.

It is like a kid and a cookie jar. Don't eat those cookies, the kid is constantly tempted.

It says you should fight the power. Tell the man to stop keepin you down.

BLACK POWER!!
*fist in air*

The theme off Ephesians 2, is
Salvation by grace through faith 2:1-10;
The unity of Christ's body church - 2:11-22
Christ didn't come to abolish the Law, but rather He came to fulfil the Law - Matthew 5:17;
the word fulfil means, ''to fill out, expand, or complete,'' it does not mean to bring to an end.

EPHESIANS 2:15
God was not rejecting the righteous standards of the Law, but rather in Christ the righteous standards that people could never reach have been accomplished

he never abolished the law...it still continues unless you are calling jesus a liar.
