What does it mean when a truck is called a "Sled"?

Ive seen on Facebook that a few trucks have been refereed to as a "sled" what exactly does this mean?

HA HA, that is funny. The reference to a sled is, same as a boat anchor. It is good for sh-t. It is slow , it is heavy (weight) It is a money pit.
