What does Mazda's 100k miles and 8 year engine warranty cover on the RX-8?

I know that mazda does the 100,000 mile and 8 year warranty on the rotary engine for the rx8 but does that cover any thing to do with the engine assuming the car is left stock and scheduled maintenance is performed? So if the engine starts misfiring or anything else that would be covered?
 
you should have asked at the dealer

but for my 4runner it covers pretty much everything that isnt the body or anything "cosmetic"
if anything it wont cover major components such as the transmission...but it usually will
