I have one amp that turns on but will not put out any sound through the speakers, and one amp that works fine. I have a multimeter to test voltage, and when i hook it up to the speaker outputs on the working amp, it reads 0 volts (amp is powered on but no music is playing). When i hook it up to the non-working amp, it reads -25 volts (same situation). What does the negative voltage mean?
