What does this error message mean?

When I switch on my laptop... It loads up fine, then when I reach the login page, a pop up appears that reads:

SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.

What is this error message referring to?

My laptop, is an emachines eM350 seried currently running Windows XP Home Edition

this error message means you are having a problem with one of the items that you have installed lately on your computer
