Feb 10, 2009 #2 C ckilr03 New member Joined Feb 10, 2009 Messages 1 Reaction score 0 Points 1 Yoplait Light Yogurt (I like the thick and creamy Key Lime Pie only 100 calories) Lean Cuisine T.V. dinners Fresh fruit to make a fruit salad, with lowfat whipped cream Cambells Harvest Soup( I like the Chicken Teriyaki) Hard Candy(for smoking) Popsicles or freeze pops(Sugar free still taste great) 100 calorie snacks (such as Chips Ahoy crisps) Lean red meat Fresh veggies (sautee them with a tsp. of garlic, and mix them with a spagetti sauce that is low in sodium-tastes delicious! Fat free snack pack pudding(chocolate is only 80 calories!) Fresh green beans(also sautee with garlic and they are excellent!) Wheat pasta (I actually use the 5 grain pasta, can't think of the name) Hope this helps
