Lean red meat
Fresh veggies (sautee them with a tsp. of garlic, and mix them with a spagetti sauce that is low in sodium-tastes delicious!
Fat free snack pack pudding(chocolate is only 80 calories!)
Fresh green beans(also sautee with garlic and they are excellent!)
Wheat pasta (I actually use the 5 grain pasta, can't think of the name)
