what gcses could i get with these year 9 results? prediction?

I know it is not really accurate, but can you just recommend on what i could get with these results:

I'm taking;
English Literature And Language Geography
R.e- Short and Long Course P.e (short course)
Mathematics Urdu
Biology I.c.t - Short and Long Course
Chemistry
Physics

Here are my, year 9 levels for these subjects.( btw im going into year 10)

English Writing- Level 6A
Reading- Level 6C
Speaking and Listening- Level 6

Mathematics - Level 7A
Science - Level 7C
Urdu- Level 7C
Geography- Level 7A
I.T- Level 5A
P.e- Level 4A

I know my I.c.t and P.e levels are really bad. I need to put more effort into these.
But i was wondering if i put loads of hard-work into these subjects, can you tell me which grade i would get for each of these subjects individually.
